Kendra Penn

As a financial services professional with over 20 years of industry experience, including extensive leadership in supervisory and management roles, Kendra began her career in our BVI operations and, in 2025, was appointed General Manager in our USVI office.

With a strong background in corporate administration, regulatory compliance and operational oversight, Kendra provides strategic leadership across complex corporate and fiduciary structures. She is highly experienced in client relationship management, strengthening governance frameworks, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
