Payroll Assurance Scheme

Our team holds the Payroll Assurance Scheme (PAS) accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals, the industry gold standard for people and payroll processes.

Payroll administration is a complex and detailed process that requires stringent operational, compliance and verification procedures.

PAS accreditation gives our clients assurance that our specialist marine services team can deliver a consistently high-quality payroll service supported by robust operational processes and controls.

Annual Maritime Labour Convention

Our marine services team is audited annually by Lloyds Register to ensure full compliance with all HR and payroll aspects of the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 (MLC 2006).

The MLC 2006 provides international standards for employing seafarers whilst also ensuring a level-playing field for shipowners operating under the flag of countries that have ratified this convention.

The annual audit is a mandatory requirement of the MLC to ensure compliance in the seafarer recruitment and placement services we provide, giving assurance that all relevant procedures required under the MLC are adhered to.
