Our automated payroll service produces monthly, fortnightly or weekly payrolls for thousands of seafarers worldwide. Payslips are stored secure online, accessible via PC, tablet and mobile device, giving crew 24/7 access to their pay details in an MLC-compliant format accepted by statutory bodies. Employee net salaries are paid in multiple currencies using efficient foreign exchange platforms.
Our experienced HR practitioners support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to the end of the employment relationship. We handle the production and distribution of all required agreements, including MCA and flag state approved contracts and Seafarers’ Employment Agreements. Out team provides qualified support in all areas of HR, including crew travel, embarkation and disembarkation planning; disciplinary proceedings, employee sickness packs and employee welfare.
Our services are fully compliant with the Maritime Labour Convention regulations and we are audited annually by Lloyds Register. We work with our clients to ensure all processes and documentation are in place for MLC annual audits. Our team holds the Payroll Assurance Scheme (PAS) accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals, the industry gold standard for people and payroll processes.
