Luxembourg Passes New Law Establishing Register of Beneficial Owners 20/02/2019 The Luxembourg Government has enacted legislation that requires all entities registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés, or RCS), to obtain and hold information on their ultimate beneficial owner(s) and provide this information to a new register of beneficial owners that will be maintained by the RCS.
