Rita Li

Rita Li has over 35 years of experience in trust administration and corporate services. She has worked with leading accounting firms and independent trust companies in Hong Kong, where she has been responsible for managing a wide range of employee benefit and family trust structures. She has also served as company secretary for six Hong Kong-listed companies and has provided corporate services to listed, multinational, private, and offshore clients.

Fluent in both Chinese and English, Rita is a Senior Fellow of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute, a Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional, a member of the Hong Kong Trustees’ Association, and a Certified Trust Practitioner.
