Rafael Perez

Based in New York, Rafael has more than 20 years of experience across both European and U.S. markets. He began his career in Luxembourg, developing deep expertise in EU fund structures and regulation, before building his career in the U.S. advising asset managers on international growth and distribution.

Rafael has a strong track record in helping U.S. managers expand beyond their home market. His experience includes supporting European fund formation as well as offshore structures for capital raising in Asia and Latin America.

As Head of Business Development, Rafael works with clients on both domestic fund administration and cross‑border structuring, helping them access a broader global investor base.
