Fayola Olugbala

Fayola joined Trident Trust in 2024 as Legal Counsel and now serves as Legal Director. A qualified Attorney-at-Law, she has more than 25 years of experience in corporate, legal and regulatory affairs across both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Trident Trust, she served as Registrar of Companies, Corporations, Trusts and Foundations in Nevis.

Fayola is a Notary Public, a Chartered Director, and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Huddersfield and a Legal Education Certificate of Merit from the Norman Manley Law School.
