Established in 2009 to meet expanding client needs, our 35-strong Luxembourg office is regulated by the CSSF. Our experienced professional multilingual team in Luxembourg is able to assist with all aspects of the establishment and administration of Luxembourg companies and alternative investment funds.

In particular, our team is well-versed in Luxembourg's full range of fund vehicles, including the SIF, SICAR, RAIF, SCSp, umbrella fund structures and securitisation vehicles. Our Luxembourg office is also authorised to act as a depositary to private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds.

Luxembourg Fund Administration and Investment Structures

Launch support and administration of Luxembourg regulated and unregulated investment structures, including Specialised Investment Funds (SIFs), Reserved Alternative Investment Funds (RAIFs) and limited partnerships (SCS and SCSp). We provide fund domiciliation, central administration, investor and transfer agency services, and ongoing governance and regulatory support across a wide range of asset classes.

Luxembourg Depositary and Depositary Lite Services

Authorised depositary services for EU Alternative Investment Funds in accordance with AIFMD. We act as depositary to private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds. We are also licensed to provide depositary lite services for non-EU alternative investment fund managers marketing under National Private Placement Regimes, working with any external banks.

Luxembourg Corporate and Holding Structure Administration

Establishment, domiciliation and administration of Luxembourg holding companies used for private asset holding, real estate and private equity investments. Our services include registered office provision, company secretarial support, bookkeeping and accounting, tax and VAT compliance assistance, governance support and coordination with local legal and tax advisers.
