Biography
Michael, a member of the Cyprus office’s Board of Directors, provides overall leadership to the Client Services teams and is in charge of the coordination of the client facing operations in Cyprus. He joined Trident as a legal and tax consultant, after many years of experience in a Big Four accounting firm and top tier law firms in Cyprus and UK. With multidisciplinary qualifications and expertise, and with more than 20 years of hands-on experience, he assists our clients on their transactions, addressing the legal, tax structuring and commercial aspects of their activities, whilst also acting as an internal consultant on legal and tax matters. Michael holds a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law; he is a qualified Barrister and also a Fellow Chartered Accountant.
