We recognise that, as an employer, we can play an important role in the prevention of mental health problems and in providing access to early intervention support when problems occur.
Our global Employee Wellbeing Support Program provides a framework to support and empower our worldwide team with insights and tools to maintain and enhance their mental and physical wellbeing.
Delivered in collaboration with a leading global independent provider of employee support solutions, our program provides free, confidential support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to all our employees and their families to help them manage their wellbeing and assist them in circumstances where they need it.
Confidential counselling is available 24 hours a day online or by telephone. If ongoing support is required beyond the initial intervention, a suitable counsellor will be identified to provide support remotely or face-to-face.
Whether advice on getting better quality sleep, pregnancy, eating well or exercise, our programme provides personalised coaching and activities to support and improve physical health and wellbeing.
The programme can connect employees with local resources who can help with managing daily living challenges, such as caring for dependents, personal financial planning and assistance with legal matters.
Our people are everything to us and we are committed to supporting them in every way that we can. We want to equip our team with the tools to look after themselves and also develop awareness and better understanding of mental health and how we can support each other.

We have more than 30 colleagues worldwide who have volunteered to be Wellbeing Ambassadors and have completed an intensive 3-day training course to qualify for the role.
Our Wellbeing Ambassadors play a crucial role in our program, acting as an initial point of contact for employees who may require support and guidance and promoting wellbeing initiatives that are being rolled out globally or locally.
