Ben Darling

Ben is a senior fiduciary professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has been based in the Cayman Islands since 2006 and has extensive experience across the administration and governance of regulated funds and corporate structures.

In his current role, Ben leads the administration team, overseeing the delivery of fund administration and related services to private equity and mutual fund structures. His role encompasses operational oversight, regulatory compliance and the implementation of robust governance frameworks across complex fund arrangements.

Ben brings deep expertise in fund governance and regulatory matters, drawing on experience gained in both the Cayman Islands and the Channel Islands.
