BVI Economic Substance Amendments

Following the introduction of the BVI’s Economic Substance regime, through the Economic Substance (Companies and Limited Partnerships) Act, 2018 (ESA) on 28 December 2018, important amendments to the regime were made through the Economic Substance (Companies and Limited Partnerships) (Amendment) Act, 2021.
