Mary Rodland

Mary joined Trident in 2017 as a Director and was appointed Managing Director in 2023. She began her career in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Bahamas and was transferred to the Bahamas Mission to the United Nations shortly after the Bahamas became independent in 1973. She left the foreign service and began a career in the trust and financial services industry, spanning more than 30 years, the majority of which were with Citibank/Cititrust (Bahamas) Limited. She served as a Director of Cititrust (Bahamas) Limited and Cititrust (Cayman) Limited from 2001-2004.

Mary holds a BTh from Oxford University, an MBA from the University of Miami and a BA from Pace University, New York. She also holds diplomas from the University of Madrid and the University of Navarra, Spain and is qualified as a trust and estates practitioner (TEP).
