Our USVI office was established in 1984 to provide company formation, administration and statutory representation services for Foreign Sales Corporations (FSC). FSCs were part of a US Government supported export tax incentive regime which terminated in 2000.

Since its founding in 1984, the office has expanded its services to include exempt company and exempt limited liability company formation, representation and administration, and local corporate representation for foreign companies - both international and domestic (U.S) - which wish to qualify to do business in the USVI. Such companies are required to appoint a local registered agent, a service which our office provides to a large number of clients. We also offer an extensive range of document filing and retrieval services with various government departments.
