Trident Fund Services Inc (“TFSI”) complies with the requirements of the EU - U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU - U.S. DPF) and the UK extension to the EU - U.S. DPF, and the Swiss - U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss - U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce (the “Principles”). TFSI has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Principles with respect to the processing of personal information  (as described in our Global Privacy Notice) that is received from the European Union and its Member States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and/or Switzerland (“EU”) to the United States. If there is any conflict between the terms of the (TFSI) Global Privacy Notice and the Principles, the Principles shall govern.
